1. Do you have branches in other cities?
This is a web-based learning programme and an online training institution. We deliver our course modules in an interactive web –based platform. Please feel free to contact us over email or phone and we will be happy to assist you with any clarifications or enquiries.

2. What is the duration of the course?
The Principles & Practice of Real Estate online course is for a duration of 90 days from the start of each calendar month. The course shall be imparted to you over 7 modules. At the end of each module, there will be a test you need to clear, before you move onto the next module.
On successful completion of the online modules, each student shall do a 3 month internship program with Artha Property Services or a similar recognized real estate firm, in order to gain practical exposure to the industry.
3. How do I appear for the exam?
The examination shall be conducted online and the student has to pass all 7 modules successfully.
4. How do I get started?
Please register yourself by paying the Registration fee and the Course Fees. We accept cheques, demand drafts and credit card payments. You can pay online using your credit card or Internet Banking gateway. Cheques and Demand drafts to be made in favor of "Artha Financial Services Ltd" and to be couriered to Artha Institute of Real Estate, Artha Money Towers, # 8 , Service Road, Near Kalamandir, Next to Karnataka Bank, Outer Ring Road, Chinnappanahalli, Marathahalli post, Bangalore - 560 037,Karnataka.
On receipt of fees, we will send you an email with your log-in id and password. You can use the same to access the course online at www.arthainstitute.com
5. Is this a degree course?
AIRE is a certification course, in association with National Association of Realtors, USA. On successful completion of all 7 modules and the internship, you will receive a hard copy of the certificate from AIRE. You will be eligible to join Artha Property Services as an employee or a channel partner.

7. What is the minimum qualification required?
Computer literacy is a must since this is an e-learning course. We prefer our candidates to be graduates and welcome working professionals or practicing real estate consultants.
