Course Structure
E-Learning Modules
The course shall be imparted by way of an interactive e-learning module. The entire course shall be administered online and shall have a lucid, simple and effective Audio – Visual platform. Students can also interact with the faculty remotely by way of an email.
The students can refer to the online library and contents and refer and learn at their pace and convenience. The course is designed to suit the needs of working professionals or students pursuing other full time courses.
The course shall be broken into 5-6 modules, at the end of which there shall be an online examination, basis which the certification shall be accorded.
Practical Training
To supplement the online education and to gain practical exposure, each student shall undergo a 3 month internship program with Artha Property Services or a similar recognized real estate firm.
